We are a Christian Business as Mission. Our Purpose is to help Personal, Families & Communities Create Wealth. Our Mandate is to Go, Teach, and baptize/Create new lives in Christ. This is a Church-Planting and growing mission. We are focusing on Senior Housing and Care. We are looking for Houses with 2, preferably more acres, to build new affordable energy-efficient SFR and Multi-Family. We are also looking for Value-add 100 units plus apartments. We also have the idea that we can help communities that don't really have what we're looking for by linking them to a different community/project whether its's in this country or others. The new leadership in this country has already started creating an avalanche of opportunities. We are looking for like-minded people to help us identify needs and create ways to meet those needs.

The Mission Portfolio buys multiple properties nationally for several reasons. Our purpose remains the same as the ic3mission which is to help create wealth for Individuals, Families, and Communities. Everyone becomes an Investor in the fund whether they are a renter, founder, Sponsor, Limited Partner, or whatever works. You can invest in one property and be a part of a multiple-property holding company called a fund. Our purpose is to grow a Large Fund that is more secure because of the Insurance programs that are incorporated into and used to grow the fund as well as personal wealth.

Heal & Be Healed
We do a ministry of Healing broken hearts, Relationships, Families, and so on. We have done the ministry in many parts of the US and Asia. I would like to find a place to train teams to do the ministry. There are a few components that make it amazingly successful, in the upper 90% range. I am saying Jesus is the healer and He uses us in whatever way He can to Heal. I have a lot of stories to tell that you'll find on another page.
This is a ministry that I have done for over 40 years after joining the Vineyard Christian Fellowship as a Pastor in the early 80's.
Leveraging Insurance Contracts
This is the 'Secret Sauce' that technically makes the Mission Fund and every property and portfolio grow Exponentially. There are many moving parts to this 'Strategy' but the bottom line is it can take cash or monthly payments and multiply it many times. This is exponential growth. Most people make their mortgage payments by moving their income from their account into a bank/mortgage account every month. I'm talking $5,000-$1.000.000+
WHAT IF?
What if there was a method that simply runs the payment through a different/Insurance account before it is sent to the mortgage bank account? An amazing amount of money is NOT growing wealth but just giving it to the banks to grow for themselves, not you.
I am talking about a commercial insurance account. I call it a CIBA or commercial insurance bank account.
